I will be creating videos journaling my coaching journey:  my successes, my failures, my experiences.  I have always tried to learn from other coaches, as well as from my players.  Even, sometimes, from parents.  I want to share my experiences with those who are trying to improve their coaching skills so that they can be the best coach they can be.

When I began Kidz "n" Sports around 2006, I thought about my coaching philosophy.  What do I believe in?  How can I help players have the best experience in youth sports?  Many people have a positive reaction to the idea.  Some people say it sounds nice but won't work in certain situations.
